Rusty Jabbz Newsletter January 2024 Issue #01 "Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr Day"

           January 15, 1929 to April 04, 1968

Before I begin my blog. I just want to say, Happy Birthday to the superhero of African American people, Reverend Dr Martin Luther King Jr 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Dr King, the Activist/Clergyman/Civil Rights Leader to me. To me, Dr King was much more than that, he was a soldier whom put himself on the frontline along with others willing to accomplish what African Americans have today and that is freedom, justice and equality.

Dr King ignite the flame for other civil rights leaders to follow in his path and carry his message. So, the movement would live on.
There were other leaders encouraged by Dr Martin Luther King Jr. There were also some leaders who didn't like the way Dr Martin Luther King Jr protested his marches with a peaceful speech. Peace, Love and Respect is why we're still here. Our people would not have achieved anything with the use of violence. Just a bunch of dead, niggers laying in the street. Or, a bunch of beating niggers behind bars.

Dr Martin Luther King Jr had a goal. A goal to accomplish. He did not believe in violence. He was not a violent person. Dr King was an educated Blackman from the age of 15, when he was admitted into college from Morehouse University to Crozer Theological School to Boston College. A man with so much knowledge doesn't need to stoop to the levels of violence.

Violence is never the answer. If you don't believe me. Just turn on your television to any news broadcast. Hearing about a shooting or stabbing, somewhere that's routine broadcasting over the news.

I just want to show my love, honor and respect to the great Dr King 🤴 All my love and appreciation for everything you've done for this country not just for African American people. If it weren't for you, who knows where I would be. Who knows how this country would be?

🙏🏻 God Bless, Dr Martin Luther King Jr 🤴
                   "MLK DAY FOREVER!"
