Rusty Jabbz Newsletter May 2024 "Double or Nothing" Issue #03

I'm not sure if I was attending yet. Perhaps I should have made that decision earlier. It is now, 9:34pm and I still haven't reached Legend Bar. Blame it on the NYC transit service in my neighborhood.

It doesn't matter, as long as I reach to Legend Bar to catch the "Anarchy in the Arena" match that's the match I truly want to see.

I'm pretty sure, whatever matches I've missed in the last hour and a half were good. 👍🏿

I showed at 10:05pm, I missed 03 matches so far. I'm not counting the kick off show.

I even heard MJF made an appearance tonight. I would of love to have seen that. Someone mentioned, he came out dressed like the version of the DX Triple H, lol.

I walked in at Legend Bar in the middle of Jon Moxley vs Konosuke Takeshita for the IWGP Championship

Of course, you figure Jon Moxley was going to win. No matter how much beating Konosuke Takeshita put down on Jon Moxley. No matter how much blood leaks through the body of Jon Moxley. AEW can't ever let there top wrestler lose a match.

ADAM COPELAND DEFEAT MALAKAI BLACK

I'm shocked no one in the bar, chanting CEO, CEO, CEO. I'm in the right place tonight alot of support for Willow Nightingale, up in here. Come on, Willow don't disappoint me like my girl Becky did like last night.

WWE in the Middle East, Riyadh Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 "King and Queen of the Ring Pay Per View 🙌 We're looking for royalty this afternoon, who will be crowned. 👑

The pay per view is going down right now. I hope it's a good turn out.

I wish I was there watching it right now. Today isn't a good day for a pay per view. The sun is shining. It's a beautiful day in New York City. I shouldn't be wasting my time watching wrestling. I just want to have fun for a change.

Good luck to my girl, Lyra Valkyria going up against The Irresistible force Nia Jax. Whoever becomes Queen of the Ring will get a shot at the Women's World Championship at Summerslam.

Same rules apply for the men, whoever becomes King of the Ring will get a shot at the Championship of there choosing.

The Apex Predator, Randy Orton facing the Ring General, Gunther. Two competitors who never crossed paths.

BIANCA BEL AIR DEFEAT CANDACE LERAE &

& JADE CARGILL. INDI HARTWELL

Bianca Bel Air isn't 100%, after last night's Smackdown. Bianca favoring her knee. Indi Hartwell targeting the knee. Candace Lerae inside the ring. Lerae and Hartwell keeping Bianca from Jade Cargill.

Becky Lynch kicking it off tonight in the desert defending her championship against Liv Morgan. I'm looking forward to this match. I know Rhea Ripley is at home watching tonight's pay per view.

LIV MORGAN DEFEAT BECKY LYNCH

Liv Morgan been in the WWE for 10 years. This is her first major Women's WWE Championship opportunity. She have never beaten Becky Lynch.

Why is Dominik coming out here?

The referee was busy at the side of the ring trying to remove Dominik.

Like I mentioned earlier, Liv Morgan have never beaten Becky Lynch before. I guess resorting to cheating was Liv's best option.

MATCH #02 "TRIPLE THREAT"

SAMI ZAYN DEFEAT CHAD GABLE AND BRONSON REED

I'm hoping, Sami Zayn retain his championship, and also I want the Alpha Academy to turn on Chad Gable that would be a plus.

Chad Gable demanding Otis to knockout Bronson Reed. Otis didn't have any hesitation. However, he did have hesitation about knocking out Sami Zayn. Chad Gable kept on demanding Otis to do it. Otis was about to do it. Sami Zayn ducked out of the way. Otis inadvertinely runs into Chad Gable.

Sami Zayn get back into the ring with the helluva kick on Bronson Reed. Sami Zayn retaining his Intercontinental Championship.

Before, this match get underway. I just want to say to Lyra Valkyria. You are a amazing wrestler. Congratulations tonight on your first live event. Be careful with Nia Jax, the bitch is built like a 16 wheeler truck.

MATCH #03

"FINAL'S OF THE QUEEN OF THE RING"

NIA JAX DEFEAT LYRA VALKYRIA

That was good, Lyra escaped two annihilators. Lyra showing she still have some momentum.

Nia Jax was too much for her.

Randy Orton have something to prove tonight. The 14X Champion have never been a King of the Ring.

I'm noticing throughout this match Randy Orton leg strength is weak.

OMG, how did he pull that off. Randy Orton with an RKO on Gunther. Gunther rolling out the ring to avoid being pinned.

Randy Orton is getting pissed off. Randy Orton with two slams on Gunther across the commentary table.

CODY RHODES DEFEAT LOGAN PAUL

I don't trust Logan Paul. He gave his brass knuckles to Michael Cole last night on Smackdown to hold for him during the match. That doesn't mean anything, Logan Paul still can have another pair of brass knuckles.

Logan Paul doesn't need his brass knuckles. Logan Paul showcasing Cody Rhodes his boxing skills all over his body. Cody Rhodes feeling the pain.

I knew it, he was lying. One of Logan Paul's Prime goons handed him another pair of brass knuckles. Logan Paul aiming at the mid section of Cody Rhodes.

Michael Cole calling Logan Paul, "Stupid and A Loser!" Logan Paul took a offense to that, he tried to go at Michael Cole. Corey Graves getting in between them to keep them apart.

I would thank, Liv Morgan because I feel she does deserve to become a WWE Women's Champion for the first time. I just don't like the way she accomplished it. That wasn't cool.

I give my regards to both, Randy Orton and Lyra Valkyria feel better. Both of you had tough opponents tonight. Especially you Randy Orton feel better.

Rusty Jabbz Newsletter May 2024 "Backlash France" Issue #01

Backlash Lyon, France coming to you live this afternoon @ 1pm...

I apologize to all my Rusty Jabbers but this afternoon's pay per view I'm going to have to put on pause until later tonight.

Today is Cannabis Day in NYC. I'm looking to get twisted this afternoon, rather than watching Backlash France.

Later on this evening when all the smoke clears, I'll pick where we left off.

WOOOOO, What an awesome day I had. I just got finished getting "THAT SMOKE!"

I don't know any of the results. I've been keeping off of social media all day to avoid spoilers. However the only spoiler I do know, Bianca Bel Air and Jade Cargill becoming the new WWE Women's Tag Team Champs.

MATCH #01

SOLO SIKOA & DEFEAT KEVIN OWENS &

TAMU TUNGA. RANDY ORTON

With the assistance of Tunga Loa taking out Kevin Owens and Randy Orton with the steel steps.

This match haven't even started yet. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton brawling with Solo Sikoa and Tama Tunga. Security coming to the ring looking to maintain some order.

Smackdown GM, Nick Aldis coming out irate. Nick Aldis changing the current match into a street fight. No rules, no disqualification.

This was a good match. Congratulations to Bayley for retaining her championship.

Tiffany Stratton is an awesome wrestler. She has excellent potential to become a champion. I think, she needs to focus more on what's going on in the ring and less on her "BIG" ego.

MATCH #03

"WWE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP"

DAMIEN PRIEST DEFEAT JEY USO

JD McDonagh coming to the ring getting involved. Damien Priest yelling at JD McDonagh for coming out to the ring.

Jey Uso with a superkick meant for Damien Priest. Priest ducks, Jey Uso inadvertinely kicks JD McDonagh off of the side of the canvas.

After The Match: Finn Balor and JD McDonagh ganging up on Jey Uso. Damien Priest stopping them from doing it and pulling them off of Jey Uso. Damien Priest not happy with Finn and JD' interference in the match.

MATCH #04

"WOMEN'S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP"

BIANCA BEL AIR & DEFEAT THE KABUKI

JADE CARGILL. WARRIORS

Congratulations to Bianca Bel Air and Jade Cargill for defeating The Kabuki Warriors and becoming New WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

MATCH #05

"UNDISPUTED WWE CHAMPIONSHIP"

CODY RHODES DEFEAT AJ STYLES

These two go back a very longtime. You would find it hard to believe that tonight is there first time ever in a professional wrestling match. The American Nightmare versus The Phenomenal.

The crowd is all hyped, as there back and forth chants proceed. Lol, you know can not stand the chanting of the WWE or AEW fans. For some reason its different coming from a French audience. Perhaps it's there accent.

I'm loving the intensity of this match. Both men, two of the best in the WWE fighting hard.

Backlash was okay. It wouldn't have been worth staying home, earlier. I'm glad I took the opportunity to go kick it with my potheads in the support of legalizing cannabis.

I just want to say, congratulations to The Rolemodel, Bayley on her win tonight and retaining her WWE Women's Championship.

Congratulations to Bianca Bel Air and Jade Cargill on becoming the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

Especially, Congratulations to Jade Cargill for putting in work in that ring tonight. You know there's alot of haters on social media who doubted your skillz. After what was being seen up against The Kabuki Warriors. I'm pretty there'll be no more doubt.

Congratulations to Cody Rhodes and Aj Styles for putting on an awesome main event at Backlash France and closing out the show. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
