FOKUS PRESENTS THE AMERICAN DREAM FILM SCREENING AT MACAULEY HONOR COLLEGE
March 22, 2012

It was an toss up being here. A very hard decision, I had to pick between "THE DREAM" or "FREE CANDY". You know, which one I've chose besides I had, Free Candy, last month it wasn't that great. Ironically, lol Fokus this evening literally had free candy. Not the free candy I was referring too but just as cute nonetheless.

I'm interested in seeing, what Fokus has planned for us. The American Dream, HA! don't make me laugh. How many people reading this blog know, what the American Dream is. To those, who do not know anything about the American Dream. I'am here to shed some light onto you.

I'm here this, evening at the Macauley Honor College. I've been invited by Fokus to attend, an screening of the American Dream. A film written and directed by Jamil Smith and Little Plow Films. I did not know, what to expect from this evening's presentation. All I knew, it'll be good. As all of Fokus presentations usually are.

This film's significance is based on a man leaving his home to go fight in the war. Okay, "PAUSE!" to simple perhaps. I know, what my readers are thinking and saying, "C'mon Handspin, this again. This story line is so lame. How many times have it been written on numerous occasions for books, television dramas and films." You maybe, right but this film, The American Dream is totally different than the rest. If any of my readers were thinking what I wrote.

Luis Walker, who is the main character of the film. He only has 36 hours, before his marine tour into Afghanistan. Accompanying, Luis on this tour will be his childhood best friend, Ron. (Ron, who looks like one of the cast members of Breakout Kings. More than likely he is one of the cast members.) Ron, who is also enlisted in the U.S. Marines and scheduled for the tour. Ron happens to be an ex-con with a female carrying his child in the womb. You already, see the pressure placed onto him.
Luis, his goal is to become the next Spike Lee. He wants to study film. Isn't that terrible on our people. This is something that occurs throughout the black communities. We get to an point where we've want to go to college. But we're unable too, due to the lack of household finances. It's like a never ending cycle or merry go round that just won't stop spinning. Many African-Americans and Latinos in the inner city, when the chips are down and they feel at their weakest they turn to some form of military service as refuge. I'm not here to write on my blog and tell anyone not to join military services. I'm here to tell you that if your one of those people that is always down on its luck and feel that being apart of a military forum will change your lifestyle. I'm just asking for you to give an more consideration, before making the final decision.

The movie starts off with Luis and pretty much throughout the whole movie. It shows a boy who is preparing to leave for Afghanistan. How many people, remember this war we had to suffer through? I know, its over and some of our troops came home but there are still some of our troops out there. The war maybe over but there is still a lot of work to be done in Afghanistan and other regions of the Middle East. All that being said, Luis preparing to go on his Afghanistan tour. He has 36 hours, and within that 36 hours. He's composing a documentary of himself for when he returns. When you view the film for yourself it'll probably look more like a will than a documentary. I think, that was the cleverness of the producer. Especially, the ending. Okay, I can't tell my viewers about the ending that would make me a spoiler. That's why this film is a must see.

My favorite part of this film and I know, a lot of people sitting in this theater can agree with me. It was the part... the "Buda Son". This part was very tense and emotional. It's where, Luis visited his mother who happens to be institutionalized at an rehabilitation center for the next nine months. The whole concept of "Buda Son" came about between the mother and the son reminiscing over a time when Luis was 2 years old and he signed up for some sort of film festival. Two year old, Luis was heartbroken by the rejection of his short film. The mother was heartbroken herself. What I liked with this scene, it shows the mother talking about the situation in which occurred. As she speaks it shows a little 2 year old boy and scenes to represent the past. The fact that the mother was so emotional and vulgar still over Luis's rejection. Luis is just sitting there and trying hard not to think about the past. He's more focused on maintaining his mother so she won't get out of hand with her improper language. Luis, trying to keep the tape pg.

What may have confused me in this film. Were the moments, Luis and Ron shared in Cancun. I was lost for a bit. I wasn't sure whether or not it was a legitimate scene. I began thinking, "Okay, Luis has 36 hours before his tour to Afghanistan. He is producing this video documentation during the 36 hours he's still in his hometown. So, I said to myself... This is probably archive footage of the time Luis and Ron spent in Cancun edited and attached to the video documentation.

Five months have gone by, Luis and Ron are stationed in the middle of their tour in Afghanistan. I wasn't a big fan of this scene. I could never get myself into watching the military. Whether, it be for fact or fiction. Your talking with a guy that was scared to watch, Mash..lol. Sure it may seem entertaining but even during those times. The times, during the Vietnam War. Where it was more corrupt and devastating. War is not something, you make a mockery of, especially in situation comedies.

When you and your troops are out there in the middle of no where. Steep hills, dark forests and sandy deserts, this is the only thing that laughs at you. I want everyone to remember this saying, "THE STARS ARE LAUGHING AT ME!!!"
Everyone, right now is puzzled by the phrase. Don't get yourself puzzled. Go out and purchase, Jamil Smith's The American Dream from www.littleplowfilms.com. This film will have opened your eyes to things that you may not have wanted to know. This is one of its reason's why it is being made available for... KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AWARENESS & TRUTH!!!

I encourage everyone to see this film. The contacts are down below on how to find information on it. Or, if your too lazy to do that. You can always scan with your phone, "The American Dream" artwork up above.

RUSTY JABBZ NEWSLETTER MARCH 2012 ISSUE # 02

This will be one hell of a weekend between the St. Patrick Day Holiday and Parade taken place along with the 19th Annual Original "G.L.B.T. EXPO". Event will be held all weekend at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Today is my first visit to one of these expo I'am so looking forward too it. This is definitely an odd occasion if you ask anyone other than me. In my 36 years, I only visited the Javits Center on 2 occasions. Today will make it my 3rd occasions. I've been to the Javits Center once for the Auto Show and once for Black Expo but never once in its 19 years for the G.L.B.T. Expo. So you know I'm out looking for a ball this afternoon.

I've been looking forward to this event for a month now. I'm not quite sure the nature of my business here. I came here to observe my people and see how we live. I been looking forward to this. I'm always open-minded to our lives of the homosexuality arts, roots and culture. Well at least since July 11, 2011 my day of opening.

Deep down, I feel I'm here for more. It's as if I want to be apart of the gathering. I only been here for a mere 15 minutes so far and during that time. I enjoyed the musical stylings of Nicki Exotic (freaky name, huh). I'm not sure what to expect throughout the day but I'm looking forward to every second, every minute of today.

I wandered around the center going from vendor to vendor. Just to observe briefly its energy. This is all I needed as I thought to myself. I can either be that lonely male that I see myself as today. Or, really get into a zone and start igniting relationships with others. Today is not the day to be labelled as an "Social Retard".

Since today is my first time attending an event like this. I wanted to take the liberty to review about today's addendum. It is definitely a lot to discuss. What I find normally disturbing at an expo. People are so happy and delighted to be here. They receive all sorts of documentations, flyers, postcards, magazines to great magnitude. People will take 'em with consideration but by the end of the event a good majority of these products you will see in the dumpster.

Today, I've visited a lot of different vendors, talked with different people. I left here by the end of the event with a bag full of information. Some information maybe relevant and some not. The sole purpose of having expos, this one in particular is to create awareness with the gay and lesbian community. As well as to inflict entertainment. Education is always an important factor.

Before, I go any further. I would like to stop briefly to thank two women from two different vendors that sold me remarkable items. To Kim Milligan and Kristy Lawton of Zane'y Couture Jewelry and Handbags. They sold me, the most beautiful rainbow ring something I always been looking for. It's so official. To Yasmenda McCoy of L.Y.R.I.C., I would like to thank you for that beautiful gay pride strap bag. Another, beautiful item money well spent. To Provincetown and Tourism Vancouver, thank you for your promotional bags as if I didn't have enough. However, I did see a very controversial and life threatening shirt being sold at the expo by Pride Pawz. The shirt read, "REAL MEN LIKE WEENERS". Lol, a shirt like that will stir up a lot of attention both, humorous and ignorant. I'm not quite sure if I want to go down that road as of yet. Anyone who has an interests in that T-shirt feel free to visit www.pridepawz.com.

I would like to take this time now to discuss some of the vendors and businesses I came in contact with throughout this evening.
How many of our people like to enjoy romantic getaways with their loved ones. In places like Provincetown Massachusetts, Salem Massachusetts, The Island of Martha's Vineyard Massachusetts is the state for us during vacation. View all the acres, the sites, the inns, it's a gay's man paradise. Visit www.massvacation.com for further details.

That is only in the mere, New England region let's cross the border into Canada. Gay Fabulous Vancouver, B.C. Tourism Vancouver prime hotel and residence for gays and lesbians. It seems there is an sweepstakes going on, right now. So if anyone would like to participate visit www.tourismvancouver.com. There accepting applicants from anywhere in the United States. There offering 4 nights at the Sutton Place Hotel, with a chance to be in a video and photo shoot. You will receive professional hair and make up. This right here, sounds totally awesome I would love to go. But, that doesn't mean my beautiful brothers and sisters can't jump on it. I wish anyone the best if they do.

This was one I thought was extremely cool. I would love to win or even be nominated for "MR GAY WORLD USA". Mr Gay World USA Reality TV Show, promoting the next American Gay. It'll be like watching RuPaul's Drag Race. For information about the upcoming reality show, visit www.mrgayworldusa.com or www.facebook.com/mrgayworldusa.

You know when I was growing up I knew I was gay before I was gay. Sounds confusing, I know. What I mean by that statement. As a young child I didn't do what your average young child did. I wasn't into your regular sports like most males. The closest thing to a sport to me was wrestling. Wrestling had an feminine touch for some reason. The whole concept of man on man action inside the ring amused me. The sports I learned about today have maybe changed my outlook. SPORTS FOR GAYS! SPORTS FOR LESBIANS! This is something I would like to be apart of and endorse. Everyone thank the NYC Gay Basketball League Women's Division www.nycgbl.org. And to the New York City Gay Basketball League www.nycgaybasketball.org. Your presence here was gracious. Now I have a reason to watch sports.

THE CLOSING:
I'm coming to the end of my blog. As everyone know by now. I had a wonderful day. It was great getting out here and attending the G.L.B.T. expo for the first time. I will definitely, never forget this day and its not because I'm blogging about it. I know, I mention quite a few sites I took advantage at viewing and learning about during my day. There is an particular one that I would like to speak about before I close out my article. This is an important one. I'm going to need everyone's attention.

How many gays, lesbians, bi's, transgenders know about BULLYING AND SUICIDES!!! This is just one of the topics that G.M.A.D. supports. G.M.A.D., it stands for Gay Men of African Descent. G.M.A.D. an organization founded in 1986 by Charles Angel. The organization is still in operation. An organization like this was only built to help African-Americans and African Descent males who mainly were suffering not only from S.T.D. viruses but in the urban streets of New York. At a time when the system, were not reaching out to the people of the inner city that suffered with hiv/aids viruses. Those constant denials allow the lack of their health ruin their lives.
Thanks to G.M.A.D. who have been working on the quality of life for the past 26 years. It's a movement like no other, there agenda is too fight effectively against sexually transmitted disease, homophobia and racism, health and wellness and social support. These are just some of the few things. They offer Free Hiv Antibody testing, Hiv Positive Support Services, Open Discussion Groups, Mental Health Services, Anti-Stigma Discrimination Campaign, Young Adult Support Services, Stop The Bullying & Suicides Campaign and plenty more. Take advantage of your free visit to www.gmad.org or call (718) 222-6300.

This has been a marvelous weekend. I don't know which one I've enjoyed more. Attending an G.L.B.T. expo or writing about an G.L.B.T. an expo. I choose both but the weekend doesn't have to end. Thanks to the G.O.A.L. (Gay Officers Action League) they'll be having a, "THE GOAL GIVES BACK LAUNCH PARTY" next Friday, March 23rd at Pieces 8 Christopher St. Doors Open at 10pm, Showtime at 11pm Admission: No Charge "Proceeds to benefit GOAL and the ALI FORNEY Center."
Don't worry in another issue I'll have the flyer submitted.

I would like to thank everyone that came out here this afternoon. The gays, lesbians, bi's, transgenders, transvestite and whomever else attended. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. As I mentioned, earlier in my blog. This is my first time ever attending an G.L.B.T. EXPO. My first time, won't be my last time. To anyone out there who were unfortunate and could not make it out here today. Hopefully, you'll make it out here tomorrow. Remember the, G.L.B.T. EXPO is going on all weekend. This is something that we need. It's that one time of year, we get together in family unison and unite as one. This is a place where we get to be amongst our peers for several hours away from the heels and heathens of the outside world that plot against us for the way we live and manifest our culture. The G.L.B.T. EXPO is here to bring about education, health & awareness, connections, networking, entertainment, travel and most importantly PRIDE. Pride is something everyone needs and no one ought to be ashamed for the path he or she chosen in life. If you have pride here today and your proud of being gay. Let me hear say, "I'M GAY AND I'M PROUD". This is what its all about, being true to who you are.

After I left the Javits Center I felt the pride in me. The only thing I didn't feel was the love towards the end of the event. I don't know, it seems like some sort of an cheap stunt. At exactly 5:47pm the lights began lowering in the section where the G.L.B.T. EXPO was taking place. If you ask me, that is a strange way to send a message to the attendance of the expo. People don't use megaphones to make announcements anymore. I'm pretty sure they could have made several announcements that the expo was closing for the evening. I'm just saying that an megaphone could have easily been used in that situation but lowering the lights as an alert. Tacky, so tacky.

On my way out the doors of the Javits Center. I needed to sit down and go through my items and promotional materials. This is what I discussed earlier in my blog. In regards to people attending events, any event. It doesn't necessarily have to be this one here but the point is. We attend events, parties, expos you name it, we attend it . During our stay we'll receive a mass majority of material handed to us. Which 9 times out of 10 usually ends up in the trash at the end of the night. Of course that will not happen with me. I actually sat out in front of the Javits Center to organize my backpack to accustom these products to fit properly. While I was doing that I had the enjoyment of watching the people exit the Javits. Beautiful sites for these sores eyes.. from male with male, female with female, group action, I even seen a few singles walking by (DAM!!! I could have hollered at a least one or two) Seeing all of them walking by, all happy and cheering, hand to hand. It was such a beautiful thing. (More beautiful than Keith Murray's album lol)

During my 28 years of hiding my homosexuality. You would have never expected any of this from Dj Handspin Dinero. There was times, I guess you would say I was anti-gay or maybe you thought that about me. When in reality I was just in denial. I know, I shared with many people about my coming out last year. I don't know how many times a person can come out. I guess, once that person is out he or she is out. Today, however felt like THE SECOND COMING!!!!

RUSTY JABBZ NEWSLETTER MARCH 2012 ISSUE # 01

SEEKING JUSTICE STARRING Nicolas Cage, January Jones, Guy Pearce and Harold Perrineau

Tonight pre-screening of the upcoming movie, "Seeking Justice" took place at the AMC 42nd Theater. I was so eager to attend a pre-screening, its been along time since I've attended one. I believe the last one, I attended was for the movie "Priest".

Seeking Justice is about a loyal, honorable teacher of New Orleans who teaches troubled youth of New Orleans. Nicolas Cage plays the main character Will Gerard, the teacher. January Jones plays Laura Gerard (Will's wife). Harold Perrineau plays Jimmy (Will's best friend). As I mentioned, Will who is a well respected teacher in his school and person in his community. It's funny how things can just change at a mere drop of a coin. A person life can totally change. It all started with the assault and rape of his wife. The thought of that can kill any husband. So imagine your Will and your inside the hospital's emergency room and your head is spinning out of control. You just found out that your wife was raped and assaulted and have been taken to the hospital's e.r. What would you do? I don't know, what I would do but I know what Will did. Was it a wise decision? You would have to be the judge of that.

This is where the movie got interesting. Inside the emergency room that's where Will met Guy Pearce who plays Simon aka Eugene. Simon is supposed to be a leader of some sort of secret crime fighting organization. Created to rebuild the City of New Orleans, when in actuality its just a mob front. The nature of Simon and Will, coming in contact in the e. r. Simon claims he heard of Will's wife's misfortune and wanted to offer his support and assistance. Will accepted Simon's offer though with reservations. Any husband placed in a simliar situation wouldn't think twice about vengeance. Especially if someone is offering to perform the service on your behalf. However though there is always a catch 22.

Will gets a hold of this new information his new, so called friends who help eliminate his wife's rapist and abuser. Information pertaining to Alan Marsh of the New Orlean Post. Once, Will discover this information and wants out of the organization. Simon and all his croanies go out their way to try and frame him for a murder that Simon committed. This is where the movie gets juicy because throughout the movie, you'll find that Simon got the city on lock. Will is just runnin'. Runnin' from Simon, runnin' from crooked police, runnin' backstabbin' friends, runnin' from crooked neighbors and citizens. He's just runnin' until he can prove his innocence.

This is definitely a great movie. I know reading this everyone is like, dude your telling the whole movie. Yeah that may seem true, like I said its been a very long time since I been to a screening I got real hype and in the mood. I'm a big Nicolas Cage fan. I hope, I didn't spoil too much. I just really enjoyed it. In fact because I enjoyed it so much I'm thinking about seeing it again this weekend with some friends of mine. Most definitely, "Seeking Justice" in theaters Friday March 16th

FAMILY WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS "NO LIMITS" LIVE AT CHURCH OF ST. PAUL THE APOSTLE 405 Nineth Avenue & West 59th Street New York, N.Y.

See the lord knows, the lord knows how to get Dj Handspin Dinero to go to church... it's easy. Try placing 2 of the finest wrestling divas in a main event match, this evening at Church of St. Paul The Apostle and I'm there. Church of St. Paul The Apostle much cooler than the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, I was baptized in. Why couldn't my old church do things like this. It would be totally awesome, plus I'll attend more often. Anyway, Family Wrestling Entertainment, lol isn't it ironic. Who owns this organization, The Mc Mahons, lol... Wait that's not funny.

I received this post in the beginning of the week about tonight's wrestling event. This is my first time here. Sure does bring back memories of the days of the Queens Elks Lodge. The Friday nights afterwork attending, Impact Championship Wrestling. Probably the only thing that made working for the city, enjoyable. I miss them days, I want to thank the lord for bringing back the memories and in his own house, that's two for two.

I took over 50 pictures of tonight's event trying to capture the best wrestling celebrities of this league. Tonight's line up and main event as follows.... Brook Tessmacher verses Winter, The Midnight Sensations verses Azriel & Bandito, Damien Darling verses Jay Lethal for the Tri-borough Championship, Malta The Dreamer verses Big Daddy V "Tables Match", Winter verses Maria for the first ever FWE Women's Championship, Charlie Haas verses Tommy Dreamer for the FWE World Championship and plenty more action on the card.

MATCHES:

01. Brook Tessmacher verses Winter
"Qualifying match for FWE first ever women's championship"
First match of the evening, a women's match scheduled to take place between Brook Tessmacher and Winter. This is to determine who will qualify to participate in FWE's first ever women's championship. A sub-main event that will be taking place later on in the evening. Winter capturing the first victory into this FWE Women's title tournament. Seeing, Winter last night live in person in the middle of the ring for the first time. I got a totally different vibe from her than I normally get from watching, Impact Wrestling. She still carried her heel persona but it was something extremely different. She weren't your average female heel, you can sense that from the love coming from the audience.

02. The Midnight Sensations (Sam Shields & Chris Rockwell) verses Azriel & Bandito Jr.
This bout is a bout, of tag team men I'm unfamiliar with. However, they pulled off an excellent match. Despite the arrogance and cockiness coming from the mouths of The Midnight Sensations. They were the first to enter the ring, of course every heel needs to enter first so they can bore you too death with trash talk. Even though I'm unfamiliar in this match. Who's a heel and who's a face? You get the idea, you'll hear the insults and constant fowl language coming from the audience. If that wasn't enough, the fowl language only increased once The Midnight Sensations defeated Azriel and Bandito. The defeat left a mark in the Midnight Sensations' opponents, both men Azriel and Bandito playing the blame game onto one another.

03. Jesse "Mr Pectacular" Godderz verses Jay Santana
Next up, to the ring in purple tights looking like a Ghetto Barney aka Chris Masters on steroids... This guy was the most arrogant son of a bitch, of son of a bitches. He takes the cake. He's in the ring bragging on how good, he looks and how well he eats. There's also the non-stop gloating about his pecks, I was like OMG, someone shoot him. It's just so unfortunate that Jay Santana couldn't get the job done. Ooooh, Mr Pectacular so big, sexy and healthy but yet you still need to win a match by using the ropes for leverage. "SCREW YOU!"

04. Tara aka Victoria verses Maria Kanellis
"Qualifying match for FWE first ever women's championship"
Y'all remember this song... (singing) "Here she comes again".... Professional wrestling will like to welcome back Maria. Maria, former WWE Diva and star of NBC's Apprentice. Also, today is Maria's birthday. That wasn't very nice Tara kicking Maria in the groin while you sing to her "Happy Birthday". I'm just so glad that Winter came out and stuck it to you. Which allowed, Maria to advance to tonight's main event for the FWE Women's Championship.

05. Wes Draven vs. Prodigy Mike Bennett vs. Firebird Jorge Santi vs. Matt Tavon
"Fatal Four Way Match"
I hate, Boston and I hate people that call themselves, Prodigy. The only Prodigy, I know is The Infamous one. Brutal fatal four way match but suckie finish by Mike Bennett.

06. Malta The Damager verses Big Daddy V
"FWE First ever Tables Match"
This was really awesome and not because I was seeing, Viscera again. This match was awesome because wow, I actually seen a table break in this match. There it was, right in front of my two eyes. Big Daddy V aka Viscera choke slamming Malta through a table. A table that was not previously cracked down the middle. He just held him up and down he went. Splitting the table in two. I guess, only certain parts of wrestling are phony.

07. Damien Darling verses Jay Lethal
"Tri-borough Championship Match"
This was one of my favorite matches of the night. Everyone put your hands together for my favorite and your favorite, African-American wrestler of the new millennium, Jay Lethal. Impact Wrestling's Randy Savage impersonator... Here this evening fighting for a "Tri-borough Championship". Tell me that isn't awesome, a Tri-borough championship.. c'mon man that's some realness right there. It's like a trophy or belt of achievement you would think New York City rappers, djs, graffiti artists anyone affiliated with the hip hop culture would endorse. That was the whole essence behind the belt. It's true essence came when Jay Lethal captured the title by pinning the current champion, Damien Darling. I would like to thank the audience those "Let's Go Lethal" chants really helped. Along with the "Lethal Sucks" chants. It must have sparked some motivation. A man can only take but so much ridicule.

08. Diamond Inc (Jason Gotti & Joey Ace) verses The Adrenaline Express (VSK & EJ Risk)
Another splendid tag team match between Diamond Inc and VSK and EJ Risk... VSK and EJ Risk, I remember this duo from ICW as one of the dominating tag teams. Despite VSK's Tyson Kidd lookalike image. They still pulled off an excellent victory over the Diamond Inc.

09. Winter verses Maria Kanellis
"FWE First ever Women's championship match"
Okay, everyone the time has come. The match of the night even though its not the main event. It's still the sub-main event and the reason why half of this church is filled. If it wasn't for that facebook posting this week I would have never known about tonight's event nor this wrestling organization. The match may have been a no brainer. You kind of expected Maria to capture the win tonight and become the first ever FWE Women's champion. It could be a number of reasons why, Maria got tonight's gold. Perhaps a birthday present. Perhaps a gift to welcome her return back into professional wrestling. Or, perhaps the interference from Brook Tessmacher with the referee and the assault on Winter by Tara. A little payback for Winter's assault on Tara, earlier during her match costing her title shot. Whatever the case maybe I'm glad she finally won a women's wrestling championship... with no help from Vincent Kennedy Mc Muffin. A very celebratory finish that match was. The highlight of the evening. CONGRATULATIONS MARIA!!!

10. Charlie Haas verses Tommy Dreamer
"FWE World Heavyweight Title match"
This match was awesome. It exhume the true meaning of old school wrestling, hardcore wrestling. Any match with the "entertainer of hardcore", Tommy Dreamer is going to be an exciting match that's money well spent. The only thing that probably wouldn't be money well spent if FWE had went along with Dreamer's original opponent "Mr Fist Bump" Robbie E. I'm glad, he wasn't the opponent for Tommy Dreamer. I wasn't sure if I would have been happy if this guy was the opponent, FWE World Heavy Weight Champion Charlie Haas. I was shocked as hell to see, Charlie Haas as a champion. I'm not saying, Charlie Haas is bad wrestler I just never thought he would ever be heavy weight material. See another wrestler, Vincent Kennedy Mc Muffin didn't believe in. The highlights of this match other than Tommy Dreamer defeating Charlie Haas. The constant fan interaction and hazing towards Haas, he didn't take kindly to angry words from the audience. On several occasions, Haas left the ring to get up in the face's of several fans. Whether it be an elderly man or an obese teenager. The highlight of that was when Charlie Haas spat from the ring onto the obese teenager. Who goes by the name, El Gordito you can look him up on myspace. The highlight for me, was attempting to take a steel chair to Charlie Haas until being stopped by security. This is what I'm talking about. This real wrestling, real action. Non-stop action, no storylines, no entertainment, no celebrity guest appearances just pure natural HARDCORE WRESTLING!!! The only downfall to this match was at the very end. Everyone in the audience was so excited and ecstatic over Tommy Dreamer's victory. We all thought he became the new FWE World Heavy Weight Champion. Even, Tommy Dreamer thought so until Charlie Haas got all up in Dreamer's face. Haas needed to correct Tommy Dreamer by pinpointing that this match, we just had was not for the title. Charlie Haas kicked Tommy Dreamer in the nuts and spat on him, then took back his World Title. The audience was in disarray over Charlie Haas's actions. I wasn't though its the same ol' story from one wrestling organization to another "TOMMY DREAMER, THE MAN WHOSE KNOWN FOR GETTING SCREWED!!!"

Despite the faulty main event of tonight's event. I had an outstanding time. I'm glad I got to see this new wrestling organization in action. I'm definitely going to take an interests in upcoming shows.
The hardcore wrestling of this organization will continue next month, March 24, 2012 with Rosita returning to FWE

RUSTY JABBZ NEWSLETTER FEB. 2012 ISSUE # 02

AU REVOIR SIMONE @ GAP 1969 SoHo
Thu., Feb. 23, 2012

I had a bad day, today between scrubbing tiolets and tubs those weren't my best times on my knees. So please forgive me, if I don't take tonight's whatever this is, very seriously. I was looking for some kind of relief. It's almost been two months into 2012 and hardly any good networking parties, industry affairs or performances have been scheduled. Of course that doesn't bash the Redbull Music Academy with Black Moon and Smif N' Wessun at the Public Assembly, earlier this month.

Although, I've been rather busy with the launching of my new blog, "Queerazspin.blogspot.com. You can see, why I would want some free time, some alone time but most importantly "OPEN BAR TIME".

Boy was that a mistake, wasting my evening on wine. Wine that felt like I was drinking Mucinex. I didn't even finish my whole glass. I'm sorry to whoever is onstage performing right now but I have to go. I'm not drunk or anything I really didn't know the name of the band on stage. I didn't even know, what this event was all about. This is what I get for only thinking about free booze or in this case nasty booze.

RUSTY JABBZ NEWSLETTER FEB. 2012 ISSUE # 01

REDBULL MUSIC ACADEMY SESSIONS AT PUBLIC ASSEMBLY
Conversation with Black Moon, Smif N' Wessun and Skyzoo

Okay, God do you have anything to tell me before I step outside my front door and make another attempt towards Williamsburg and Public Assembly. Do you have something against me travelling to that neighborhood. Is there something, you're not telling me? We, both know about last months mishaps in that area. Two nights, I wish to forget. We know that's not happening. So, I come to you my dear lord live in front of all my readers. Only to appeal at your mercy and request your safety and guidance in returning home safely and seizure free. This is all I ask of you, father.

Back where we started from last year. I would like to thank the whole staff and committee of the Red Bull Music Academy for the production and promotion of the social gathering event such as, the press conference with various of our favorite artists. Early last year around this same time. We had the privilege of multi-platinum producer, Just Blaze. Just Blaze was something, last year. I'm not, just saying that on behalf of the youtube hits I received. I enjoy attending any type of press conference. It gives fans and artists, a chance to network in an atmosphere other than nightclub performances.

So, who do we get to network with tonight? On behalf of the Redbull Music Academy, we have Black Moon, Smif N' Wessun and my personal favorite, Skyzoo. Uh, Oh they have done it again. Ha Ha, very funny Tek and Steele I'm not a "dickrider". Lol, it is kind of ironic as I write this, Smif N' Wessun's "Wipe Ya Mouf" is bangin' in my ear. I wanted to prep myself for tonight, I've been bumping their music on my way to the press conference. Wait I guess that does kind of certify me as a dickrider, lol.

Okay, this next paragraph may not have been intended to appear in this issue. It's funny, how life works. I knew from the moment I left my home that I wasn't going to make it. Due to my tardiness, they weren't letting anymore people into Public Assembly during the press conference. The place was filled to capacity. Security informed me, they're not letting anymore people inside until 10pm for the live show. My cellphone read, 8:34pm I had an hour and a half to kill. First I want to apologize to my readers for changing the subject but a thought came into my head. I decided for the next hour and a half, why not partake in some of Williamsburg's Gay friendly bars, specifically one I've been hearing so much about on yelp.com "Sugarland". It gets a lot of rave reviews. I walked over to Sugarland, located 221 N. 9th St btw Driggs and Roebling.

Once I reached, Sugarland it look like the club wasn't open. Until, I seen the assistant manager walking down the block and he was planning on opening up the club for the night. He was such a peach to let me in, even though the club is not open yet. All I needed was a warm place for an hour or so. Whether, it be in the arms of a handsome hunk or just sitting at the bar sipping on a bottle of heineken. A few guys started to walk in, its a dam shame I can't stay long. In a matter of minutes, I'm going to have to start walking back over to Public Assembly. My beer isn't quite finished, I suppose the longer I sip, the longer I stay. It'll give me some leverage to drinking slower and slower and soak in as much of the male booty that walk through them doors. Jesus, I thank you for giving me the strength 10, 20 years ago you would never find me in a place of such magnitude. Thank you, Christ for everything with you I'm able to move forward.

Ten o'clock is approaching as I steer at my cellphone for the time. I would really love to stay but its time I part ways and head back over to Public Assembly. I won't forget this place, you can bank on it. Back at the Public Ass, lol! (I like saying that) First thing, I did as I enter the doors was hit up the bar. Of course, my broke ass is going to buy the cheapest beer in the house. Thank you, Concept for getting me hooked like crack. If it wasn't for your Mindspray sponsorship I would have never heard of, "Pabst Blue Ribbon". I'm not supposed to be drinking anyway. Major, No No on a seizure patient. Today is a special day for me. I completed, a 10 day vocational rehabilitation. I don't know, whether I passed or failed but I'am indeed happy I completed my third stage to the program. Tonight its all about hip hop, love and celebration. All I want to do now is just enjoy the show.

AFTER TONIGHT'S PERFORMANCE:
I figure, I write a little bit. Whooo!!! My normal reaction, after receiving a night of total satisfaction. You'll always get that hip hop sensation, whenever a click like Boot Camp is on stage. Setting it off for the night, my personal favorite emcee, S-K-Y-Z-O-O not only did he have them, "Speakers On Blast". He also, had my ears on blast. My ears remain on blast as I travel home tonight with the pleasure of enjoying, Skyzoo on the L. Skyzoo did his thing. He has 2 classic albums out now along with a mixtape "The Great Debater". I always dig his performance, for the simple fact that he doesn't have too many raging fans.(Besides me).... But, Smif N' Wessun and Black Moon forget about it. The crowd went nuts once they're set began. I'm talking screams of rage from family, friends and fans. Hold on though, I can't forget The Decepts. There were a lot of Decept love in the building. This is real hip hop having your neighborhood emcees perform in the borough that raised them. My main objective for this evening was only to participate with the press conference. I was trying to find another way to connect with artists. After, what just taken place here. I say, we're well connected.

I've changed tunes, switching over to Pete Rock & Smif N' Wessun "Monumental" album. This was kind of funny and embarrassing at the same time. Sure the audience will gain amusement at the artist expense when not a single soul in the crowd can not recite and sing along with Smif N' Wessun' lyrics to their latest album. That's embarrassing and I seen it in the eyes of Steele. Well, I can see fine. It seems our pal, Steele is not seeing very well. Awww, What's the matter our General Steele having trouble with Public Assembly's lighting system. Is it too high for ya, or maybe your just too high. High off the kush, smoked back stage before your performance.
However, despite the nimb whitted Smif N' Wessun fans that primarily can only relate too "Dah Shinin"(1st lp). Smif N' Wessun, always pull off that top notch performance. Believe me, I got plenty of past, present including tonight's present footage to prove it.

Although, I'am grateful to the fullest extent of tonight's live performance. Feeling the power at its magnitude for Evil Dee, Skyzoo, Smif N' Wessun and Black Moon. This show just exploded and we owe it all to Redbull. Give it up, everyone who's reading my newsletter. SALUTE THE BULL, that is Redbull. Redbull Music Academy, Evil Dee, Skyzoo, Smif N' Wessun, Black Moon, Boot Camp, love y'all thank you for a wonderful night.

Thank you, as well Jesus for getting me back home safely and seizure free. I knew, Williamsburg couldn't have been cursed but you start to wonder those things. Especially when you have two consecutive seizures in the same neighborhood, on the same day but only a week apart and you happen to be attending the same exact event. You got to admit there were some mystery. Nevermind that, I'm home now and I have you to thank for it. That's all I ever asked, from you "Is My Safety!".
